What subscription packages do you offer?
We offer three packages: Starter (1 work order/month), Plus (2 work orders/month with 10% discount), and Pro (4 work orders/month with 20% discount and emergency service).
What's included in each package?
All packages include mobile app access and email support. Plus adds phone support and priority scheduling. Pro includes a dedicated account manager, emergency service, and the highest discount on additional services.
Can I change my subscription package?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription package at any time through our mobile app or by contacting our customer service team.
What happens if I don't use all my work orders in a month?
Unused work orders typically don't roll over to the next month, but contact us to discuss your specific situation and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
